This year, as youngsters anticipate upcoming activities, deepening fears for the longevity of the program trouble the instructors, volunteers and youth who enjoy the club’s palette of learning opportunities. Government funds, monies that in the past lent big-time support to the program, this year fizzled to an alarming number – zero. Some 200 students at the school are a part of “The Club” in Merrimack.
