Thomas A. Cantara

HUDSON – Army Reserve Staff Sgt. Thomas A. Cantara has returned to the U.S. after being deployed overseas at a forward operating base in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Cantara, a battalion chemical operations sergeant with the 425th Civil Affairs Battalion in Encino, Calif., has 25 years of military service. He is the son of John E. and Jacqueline R. Cantara, of Hudson. The sergeant is a 1984 graduate of Alvirne High School in Hudson and received an associate degree in 1987 from New Hampshire Vocational-Technical College in Nashua.
