LITCHFIELD – Benjamin R. Moreau has graduated from the Army Reserve Officer Training Corps Leader’s Training Course at Fort Knox, Ky. The cadet, a 2007 graduate of Campbell High School, is a student at the University of New Hampshire, Durham. He is the son of Janet R. and Gilbert G. Moreau, of Litchfield.
