Beckonings of Nashua invites the public to “Shop for the Cause” on February 11, 12 and 13 at their 221 Main Street shop, and have earmarked a portion of all sales to be donated to Marguerite’s Place. This special shopping event will kick off on the evening of Thursday, February 11 with music, raffle, hors d’ oeuvres, wine and cheese from 5 to 8 p.m.
“We hope you will meet us at Beckonings on February 11 for an evening of shopping and socializing,” said Barbara A. Alves, CEO and President of Marguerite’s Place. “Purchases made that evening, as well as on February 12 and 13, will benefit Marguerite’s Place and assist us in continuing our programs for homeless families.”
Whether you are looking for a special Valentine’s Day gift, or have birthday celebrations, weddings, or showers to attend, you’re certain to find the perfect gift at Beckonings. The shop features beautiful, unique accents for the home, from tableware, art glass, and ceramics to wall art, side pieces and much more. According to owner Eileen Beckhardt Freedman, Beckonings also offers a distinctive collection of personal and gift items that change with the seasons, including eclectic jewelry, scents and wearable art, games, an extensive selection of judaica, along with unique handcrafted pieces, many of which are made by American artisans.
